What kind of transport do you provide? And the most important question - the amount of 3k€ (l guess it is a brutto wage - what is the avg.% of taxation?) and how much hours does this amount mean? Please tell to all of us the accurate information, that can help to hire staff instantly. Thanks!

We provide mkd transport, and with food addition and bonuses salary is brutto per person. We making team of two drivers never accepting team of two drivers coming together. . Taxes are 24-30% but after that coming bonus for food etc. So drivers get paid around 3000.

f.e.in Sweden the avg.hrl.rate is 500SEK = 50€! Taxation 35%!

As i stated above, its around 3000 for each driver netto. So around 6000 for team, everything depends on hours. Taxes on salary depends they are from 24% to 30% depends on brutto income, before bonuses added.

Good luck:) you can find good CZ drivers of course. But what about the language? You will also have to hire a translation staff I am afraid.

No really need. Drivers will spend time in Bcn port only for loading. Then back to Cz, deload and spend weekend home. Then Load and Back to Bcn to Load again. That experience we have with some UK drivers we work with.

Sorry for the mistake above - about Swedish wage - correct it is 200SEK = 20€ btto per hour in the average!
